Our journey begins with a 14 day quarantine in Cape Town to make sure the boat is Covid free. We then sail 1400nm across the South Atlantic and into the roaring forties to drop off a team of scientist to eradicate the invasive house mice on Gough Island. These are eating the Albatross chicks alive and are decimating the local population.
