Vauxhall Insignia Oil / Vacuum Pump Replacement 1.6 CDTI B16DTH

Описание: Step by step Guide on How to change the Oil pump / combined Vacuum pump on this 2016 Vauxhall / Opel Insignia 1.6 diesel engine code B16DTH. This vehicle had the fault code P2598 Turbocharger position fault logged due the the pump failing and filling the Vacuum system up with engine oil giving an intermittent poor vacuum feed.

Torque settings:
Sump plug - 25NM
Oil filter - 25NM
Oil pump (x4 bolts) - 25NM
Oil pump pulley (new bolt) :
Stage 1 - 25NM
Stage 2 - 60 degrees
Sump bolts:
Into engine block - 25NM
into gearbox - 58NM
