Let the sound of the RAV Drum wash over you and start your day off right by breathing deeply and intentionally.
Only 5 minutes a day listening to this video can be enough to build new neurological pathways in your brain and create transformative changes in your life.
Two things are important: REPETITION + INTENTION. Repeat this video for at least 21 days in a row and connect with your intention over and over again to form a new positive habit.
Why should this work?
Do you know this moment when you put on some music and it instantly transports you to another place and time and evokes strong emotions? Music can be a strong tool to shift our emotions. It acts as a time machine to a specific emotional memory and ignites positive emotions in your heart's electromagnetic field. This in turn leads to the production to beneficial hormones, chemicals and molecules from your brain.
We can in fact change our body chemistry by just listening to music.
The key is to set a clear intention before the video. Whatever you want to embrace in your future, say the intention out loud or in your head. During the meditation, try to flood your body with the feeling as good as you can. No worry if you're struggling with that in the beginning. Just keep trying! It's important that you're sticking to the same intention each day to cultivate it more and more. After repeating this meditation for a few days, you might notice that you can promote this feeling easier. Your brain is establishing new connections and neurological pathways that slowly connect the sound of the RAV Drum to that feeling.
How to use this meditation:
Before the start of the video, set the intention of grounding and centering. Feel your body and the space around your body. How is your body feeling? Feel the surface of the cushion or ground you're sitting on. Feel the heaviness of your body. Stay with that feeling. If you notice your mind drifting away or the feeling fading, try to come back to that intention. Repeat this process every time you're losing focus. At the end of the meditation, notice the changes in your body.
