How to create an Office Plan in Microsoft Visio

Описание: This is a Microsoft Visio tutorial covering how to create an Office Plan. The tutor starts off by setting out the walls and windows of the office. The tutor then adds the size and position window to set the correct sizes for office equipment. The tutor adds a desk, chair, pc, and telephone, then groups them into one object. The tutor uses the Ctrl D feature to duplicate the grouped shape. The tutor then adds five desk sets to the diagram. Finally, the tutor selects all shapes and creates a new layer. The layer is locked in Layer Properties so that none of the existing shapes can be moved accidentally. The tutor then adds a few more shapes to finish the layout.
