Through the practice of meditation — especially the techniques taught by Paramahansa Yogananda as part of the Kriya Yoga path — we can live in this world while keeping a connection with the Divine, and thus infuse the year ahead with the greatest hope. This talk includes a guided meditation to help awaken the spinal centers of divine perception.

Brother Chidananda also shares updates on exciting developments in the current expansive phase in the growth of Paramahansa Yogananda’s worldwide work.
