An example of ambisonic upmixing from first order to seventh with algorithm we are currently working on.
BINAURAL AUDIO – HEADPHONES ARE REQUIRED.
It is recommended to watch the video in 4k for higher sound quality.
Workflow
First order ambisonic audio was upmixed to seventh order ambisonics with developed algorithm (Effective upmix).
Upmixed audio was decoded to binaural with SPARTA ambiBIN decoder (default HRTFs, Time-alignment TA) https://leomccormack.github.io/sparta....

Recording made inside the chapel at Stanbrook Abbey, near Worcester, UK. Sister Margaret at the organ, playing a piece to be used in a theatre production called The Best Of Friends.
