🌟 University Winner: Kyra-Tamsin Manuel, 19, from South Africa/London

Kyra's solution, SALCOVE (Satellite based Laser for Collision Avoidance), showcased groundbreaking non-mechanical space debris mitigation to protect operational satellites and ensure space sustainability.

🌟 A-levels Winner: Miranda Box, 17, from Bristol

Miranda's winning concept for CLIO (Cloud Laser Ice Orbiter) impressed our judges with its innovative approach to climate intervention using space-based laser technology to increase cloud reflectivity and cool Earth.

Both winners perfectly capture what happens when we ask students to develop solutions using space-based technology to improve life on Earth.
