"Black Museum" (S4,E6) has one of the most complex stories (and twists) within the whole series of Black Mirror. As this episode is made up of several different stories that all play a role in the bigger picture... but this episode also holds something else that messes with the series as a whole.
Between here and all of season 6 is a much bigger twist within Black Mirror, but none of that will make sense without us first taking a visit to Rolo Haynes' Black Museum.
