⏱ 00:08 – Open Purchase Orders Section
From the main menu, go to Inventory → Purchase Orders.
Here you’ll see a complete list of POs with:
Supplier name
Order date
Delivery date
Order status

⏱ 00:16 – Purchase Orders Dashboard Overview
At the top, three summary boxes show:
Total Purchase Orders
Pending Orders
Completed Orders
This gives a quick real-time overview.

⏱ 00:23 – Search Purchase Orders
Use the Search bar to find POs using:
PO number
Supplier name

⏱ 00:39 – Filter Purchase Orders
Apply filters based on:
Supplier
Order status
Use Clear Filters to reset the list.

⏱ 00:51 – Update Order Status
Once delivery is received, mark the PO as Completed.
Inventory stock gets updated automatically.

⏱ 01:03 – Create a New Purchase Order
To place a new PO:
Select the Supplier
Confirm Order Date and Delivery Date
Add ingredients/items with required quantities

⏱ 01:33 – Save or Send Purchase Order
Click Save to keep the PO as draft
Click Send to email the PO directly to the supplier
