Best. Chime. Ever.
So here's it. Unfortunately I can't seem to find these chimes anywhere on the web so I might as well do it myself.
This one is known as the electronic ATLAS chime, used since the Phase II Classe A in the 90s until the NeoLift days. It seems like there is no standard to the tone/direction: it may ring 1 or 2 for up, and 2 or 3 for down (Schindler seems to have corrected this on the NeoLift lanterns though, as they all ring 1 for up and 2 for down).
Sadly these aren't produced anymore, Schindler only manufactures the NeoLift today in a very small scale, and even then it gets obscured because they are focusing mainly on 3300s and 5500s with Linea fixtures. Even worse for me is that there aren't much elevators with these chimes near here, finding one with a working tune around my region is hard, most of them have dead or silenced lanterns, because according to owners "tHEy'rE NOisYyYYy". So why even buy an elevator that has chimes?? And this is why elevators that have sound signalization are few over here.
