Описание: The Vetaphone Corona treating system improve adhesion on
packaging material and is designed for high performance,
production security and ease of use for the operators.
Corona equipment placed just after extrusion and before
final crystallization of the polymer secures the highest
quality of the adhesion. Depending on options the system
can treat all kinds of substrates including foil, plastic,
metalized film and paper.
The VE2C series are designed with minimum space requirements
and therefore it can be integrated on most positions
on various extrusion applications. The operator friendly
design makes maintenance an easy task by utilizing the
standard patented Quick Change cartridge (QC). This
ensures easy maintenance and lower direct operating costs.
The unique Vetaphone electrodes and insulators are designed
to work in humid areas with no risk of error discharges.
The Vetaphone treater stations are all Plasma ready, for your
future atmospheric gas speciality production needs.
All equipments are CE conforming manufactured with
safety interlocks and airflow control system. The design is
