Ingredients:
Pork shoulder bones (any meat or bone will work,) shrimps (with heads on,) taro roots, tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chilies, any veggies (I used eggplants, okras, green beans but forgot to use Spinach which is perfect for this soup,) salt, sugar, tamarind mix, fish sauce, and any herb to garnish.
