Ingredients
Boiled Potatoes 800 gm
Salt as taste
Onion Chopped 2
Green chillies &Ginger chopped 2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Amchur Powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Anardana 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/3 tsp
Coriander leaves few
Wheat flour 2 tbs
Wheat flour 500 gm
Oil for frying paratha
