Ed the Invisible Dragon is one of the first songs Donna wrote for her students when she began teaching elementary school music in the mid 1980s. This naughty dragon has become a beloved character to many children who identify with the perils of messes that are inexplicably made in the house, a snack that turns the kitchen into a disaster area and just about anything else that might go wrong with a dragon in the house! Ed's invisibility causes great trouble when nobody else can see him and so guess who gets all the blame?!

Written in a minor key with lots of fun repetition, this song is enjoyed by singers from ages 5 - 12.
Ed The invisible Dragon was first published in 1983 so there are some 30th birthday celebrations sure to be happening in 2023! (Although 30 years is really not very old for a dragon!)

Donna & Andy made their international performing debut as Artists in Residence at the Canadian International School of Hong Kong for four weeks in April-May 2014. Their residency included performances for the students, daily classes with the students, presenting their own original music and music of the East Coast, preparing a concert presentation for the school’s Arts Festival and workshops for teachers.
