A "severe clear" morning flight over to Livermore for a business lunch is followed by what I would characterize as "light IFR" for the return - a call to the Watsonville AWOS reports 3,000 BKN, 5,000 OVC, visibility 8 with light rain. Good practice to keep the instrument skills sharp!
