INGREDIENTS
Pie crust for one nine-inch pie

For the filling:

1 cup heavy cream or half and half
1/4 cup salted butter
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate-chopped
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
