A new record was set a few a weeks ago by Damien and Edern on the StarBoard Gemini board. The new record was set at our center on the Palm Jumeirah.
The Gemini is a tandem windsurf board great for teaching, sharing a ride with a friend, or getting your young one on the board with you. It's extremely buoyant and has three mast tracks; two for tandem sailing and one for soloing.
The current record is 23.96 knots and we are running a little competition to see who can beat this time as a pair.
