Dough Recipe: (makes about 20)
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups of sour cream
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Stir together flour and salt in large bowl. In separate bowl, whisk butter, sour cream, oil, egg and egg yolk. Stir wet ingredients into the flour until blended. Cover bowl with a towel. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
Separate dough into two balls. Roll out one ball on a lightly floured surface until thin (but not too thin that it tears). Cut into circles as shown in the video. (a glass works well)
