QANTAS A330-300 QF26 Business Class - Tokyo (HND) to Sydney, Award Points Redemption Flight (4K)

Описание: Time to go home, this time I decided to use a few frequent flyer points and booked a Business Class seat (mainly because the Economy cabin was full with no seats available).

As much as the Business Class product is excellent, service great along with quality meals, I do not think I would bother with flying up the front on a day flight. For an overnight flight definitely.

As noted in the video, the Inflight Entertainment System was not working properly, Maps would show, and some audio channels would work, but otherwise nothing. This was communicated many hours before the flight by both email and text message, along with the crew explaining the issue.

Within 24hrs of returning home, 30,000 frequent flyer points had been automatically deposited into my account, along with an apology email... 10/10 for that ‪@Qantas‬

Now to deal with the Summer Heat of Sydney after a few weeks in the nice and chilly Scotland, Finland & Japan...
