Day 13 of building a fully autonomous AI-powered SaaS company using OpenClaw.
Today I added a new agent to the team: Forge, the Revenue Systems Architect.
Up to now the system has focused on SEO output:
• Technical SEO improvements (Lighthouse performance now 97)
• Content production and keyword research
• Onboarding and funnel adjustments
But traffic alone does not build a business. Revenue does.
Forge’s role is to:
• Establish activation and conversion baselines
• Monitor GA4, Stripe, and CRM data
• Identify drop-offs in the funnel
• Propose and run structured experiments
• Improve trial-to-paid conversion
• Optimize email sequences and onboarding flows
In this video I break down:
• The updated org structure of the AI team
• How the revenue agent fits under Super alongside SEO and Design
• The KPI hierarchy driving decisions
• Model selection tradeoffs (GPT-5.2 vs Codex)
• Tool integrations with Stripe and Pipedrive
