HOW TO FIX IT
On TV or Soundbar go to Settings then Sound then Audio Delay or Lip Sync and adjust until the click hits the red line.
On Bluetooth headphones this test shows the real Bluetooth delay. Most Bluetooth devices are between 100 and 300 milliseconds late.
