Fallout 4 Institute Themed Castle Settlement

This is my entry to the Nvidia Fallout 4 Share Every Win contest. In total, the settlement took over 40 hours to build. Nearly every item was hand placed and then adjusted via console commands. The settlement is not lore friendly, but I wanted to build something different for my Institute playthrough, and the lore justification I made was that the Institute had turned the Castle into their forward operating base on the surface.

Needless to say, many mods were used to build the settlement, the most important being Homemaker for the Institute build set. No console cheats were used to add items aside from some fertilizer (the trees and bushes consumed a lot and I was really tired of jumping around the map buying shipments) and some pre-war items that were used to decorate the interiors.
