What do I actually want?
What actually makes me happy?

This is the old paradigm.
Do more. Be more. Hold it all together.

The new paradigm?
Ease. Alignment. Nervous system safety. Joy without guilt.
Success without self-abandonment.

You don’t burn out because you’re incapable.
You burn out because you’re trying to control your way into feeling safe.

And that never works.

You can have the money.
You can have the marriage.
You can have the business.
You can have the fucking joy.

But not if your identity is built around being the one who does everything.

So the real question is
When it’s just you, alone…

Are you actually happy?
