Описание: Get fit at home with this 30 minute seated exercise program from a chair. Welcome to a 5 day seated exercise program. Each week, a new program will be uploaded to provide you with a full-body weekly program. This beginner level chair exercise program has a 5 min warm-up, 10 min cardio, 10 minutes of strength & posture and 5 minutes of stretching for a well-rounded program. Go at your own pace to make the workout your own. The total step count is 1337 steps.
