There are many ways into raqs sharqi (belly dance) and these are some concepts that I introduce as a way of understanding and creating "flow" in the dance.
This is the introductory video for my online course "Raqs Sharqi Flow Drills", which begins June 1, 2021! Each week you'll receive 4 short practice videos followed by a weekly live class on Zoom.
