Описание: A very short video showing three basic but effective abdominal exercises for beginners or persons wanting to start doing Abs workouts. In this video each exercise is only performed once as it is for beginners, but as you get stronger you can increase your workout to two reps per exercise and ultimately three reps per exercise.
