Supplies List for Girl Sock Gnomes:

Old or new socks I prefer neutral colors
-Fabric for hat
-Braided yarn (3-5")
-Lace, ribbon, buttons or other embellishments
-Wood ball (1”)
-Polyfil
-Rice
-Rubber-band
-Wood skewer or wire
-Sewing machine and thread (optional)
-Hot glue and glue sticks

Girl Sock Gnomes are cute little girl gnomes that end up being 14”-16” in height. Girl gnomes make perfect fall decor items or Christmas gifts for family and friends. Girl sock gnomes are SO ADORABLE and can be totally personalized with clothing items or additional embellishments. These sock gnomes are very high quality and can be made with or without sewing. All you REALLY need to make these girl gnomes is a hot glue gun!

The process to make these girl sock gnomes is pretty straightforward, but if you are not familiar with them then I take you through each step:

There are the 8 steps to make the adorable girl sock gnomes:

Step 1: Fill your sock with rice and polyfil.
Step 2: Tie off your sock and cut off an excess.
Step 3: Now print your hat pattern and cut out the fabric. Fold the hat right sides together.
Step 4: Hot glue or sew the open edge of the hat together.
Step 5: Fill the hat with polyfil and a wooden doll and attach to the girl gnome body.
Step 6: Hot glue your braids onto your girl sock gnome.
Step 7: Hot glue your nose onto your girl sock gnome.
Step 8 (Optional): Embellish your girl sock gnome. Hot glue a sweater, pocket, lace or ribbon to embellish your gnome.

That’s it! And now you can embellish and personalize your girl gnomes however you like!
