Описание: Welcome to the Richmond Mall located in Richmond, Indiana. The mall opened in 1966 with JCPenney and Montgomery Ward as anchors. Woolworths as a juinor anchor. The mall was remodeled in 1997 and Dillards was added to the mall. Woolworths closed in the mid 90s and OfficeMax took over the former space. In the late 90s Montgomery Ward closed and that would become Sears, till it closed in 2013. In 2016 the mall was remodeled to add carpet, dry wall where the vacant stores were, new lighting, etc. In 2019 a tornado hit Richmond, IN the tornado hit the mall and it caused a lot of damaged. The mall would reopen a few months later. In late 2019 Dunham’s Sports took over the former Sears space. In 2020 the JCPenney store closed due to bankruptcy. As of 2022 the mall is at 40% occupied.
