Just a quick reference, you can make Character Chao much like you would a Chaos Chao, except have the typing aligned for Neutral/Power for Knuckles, Neutral/Run for Amy and Neutral/Fly for a Tails Chao.
The ability to create Character Chao is a CWE-exclusive feature and will not work on any other version of SA2.
