Deputies in Dodge County, Wisconsin locate and pursue a suspect after Jackson County ended the pursuit. Once found, the vehicle flees and hits spikes. He keeps going though until the wheels fall off. The suspect then flees on foot and ends up in an icy river. He pretty much gives himself up when hypothermia kicks in.
