BIAB Thanksgiving Home Brew...Gobble Till You Wobble Brown Ale!

Описание: What up friends and Happy Thanksgiving! This year I wanted to brew a beer that would pair well with my smoked turkey and all the Thanksgiving trimmings. And, to me, what better to pair with all that than a smooth, malty, slightly chocolate & coffee flavor, balanced by a spicy & floral hop character...to which I'm proud to introduce, Gobble Till You Wobble Brown Ale!
Who knows at this point how the beer will turn out, but I certainly have high hopes. Below is the grain bill and recipe should any of you want to follow along and brew this yourselves, or even tweak to your liking!

Recipe:
7.25 gallons distilled water
9 lbs. Rahr 2-row
0.75 lbs. Caramel 60
0.5 lbs. Caramel 80
0.25 lbs. Fawcett Pale Chocolate
0.125 lbs. English Black Malt
Mash Rest 60 min. @ 153 degrees F
Pre-boil Gravity: 1.042
Boil for 60 min.
Post-boil Gravity: 1.052
Hops:
1 oz. Goldings (60 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (30 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (15 min.)
1 Whirlfloc tablet (15 min.)
Yeast: Omega Yeast #1332 Northwest Ale Yeast
Ferment at 68 degrees F
