The answer, like other stores I have reviewed is yes... and no. The store is well built and will deliver items to you. But the items they deliver are not worth the amount sold.

David Outwear reached out to me. They acknowledged many stores use the dropshipping business model - sell items from AliExpress at markups. However, they argued their items are not like the others and are not "catfishes."

They use the same images found on AliExpress but customise their versions with the manufacturers for better quality and for US sizes. They also build a service layer to provide better customer care, faster shipping and returns. AliExpress takes 3-9 weeks; theirs take 9 days - 3 weeks to ship.

I will note that the company (David Outwear) advertises their PU leather items, the lowest quality of leather - polyurethane or plastic leather, as "high quality" leather and simply photoshop their logo on AliExpress product images. Their return policy says "here in the US" but their "Contact Us" address is in the UK.
