From walking into the building, receiving my badge, reconnecting with my growth group, hearing from powerful speakers, celebrating at the reception, and officially closing out the in-person experience; this was more than a ceremony. It was a milestone.

Over the past 12 weeks, we’ve gone deep into:
• Financial management & projections
• Pricing strategy
• Buyer personas & marketing
• Operations (my favorite session, of course)
• Strategic growth planning
• Developing and refining our action plans

This program stretched us. It refined us. It challenged us to unlearn, rebuild, and operate as true CEOs.

Graduation marks the celebration — but not the finish line. The real work starts now.
Being in rooms like this reminds me that we truly are our ancestors’ wildest dreams. And we’re just getting started.
