Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
Rock salt - 1/2 Tsp
Lime juice - 1 Tbsp

2) Mexican seasoning ingredients :
Red chilli powder - 1 Tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Smoked paprika - 1 Tsp
Rock salt - 1/2 Tsp

3) Guacamole ingredients :
Avocado - 2 no’s
Tomato - 1 medium size
Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
Green chilli - 1 small size (Balance as per taste)
Lime juice - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp

4) Black beans filler ingredients:
Green capsicum - 1/4
Yellow Bell pepper - 1/4
Red / Orange bell pepper - 1/4
Boiled corn - 1/3 cup
Black olives - 3 Tbsp
Gherkins - 2 Tbsp
Jalapeños - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Salsa dip - 2 Tsp
Boiled Black beans - 200 grams
Mexican seasoning - as per taste
Lime juice - 2 Tbsp

5) Mexican Taco assembly :
Taco shells - as per member
Cream cheese - as per requirement
Lettuce leaves - as per taste
Black beans filler - 2 Tbsp
Salsa dip - as per taste
Eggless mayo - as per taste
Guacamole - as per taste
Grated cheese - as per taste
