ही recipe beginners साठी पण perfect आहे आणि tea-time, kids snack, birthday, home baking साठी best आहे.
🧁 Market-Style Rava Cake (½ kg)
🥣 Ingredients
Dry
Fine rava (Bombay / chiroti) – 90 g
Maida – 35 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Wet
Thick fresh curd – 120 g (½ cup)
Powdered sugar – 150 g
Refined oil – 80 ml (⅓ cup)
Milk – 70–90 ml (as needed)
Vanilla essence – 1½ tsp
Optional (market look)
Tutti frutti – 2 tbsp
Cashew bits – 1 tbsp
👩🍳 Method (No fail)
1️⃣ Rava soak (important)
Bowl me rava + curd + sugar mix karo
Cover karke 20 min rest do
👉 Rava soft hoga = cake smooth
2️⃣ Batter
Ab oil + vanilla add karo
Thoda-thoda milk daal ke smooth batter banao
👉 Batter thick but pourable hona chahiye
3️⃣ Dry add
Maida + baking powder + baking soda + salt sieve
Batter me gently fold karo (overmix ❌)
4️⃣ Tin & bake
Tin: 6 inch round / 6×4 loaf
Grease + butter paper
Upar se tutti frutti / nuts
Bake
Preheat 180°C – 10 min
Bake 180°C – 35 to 45 min
Middle rack
👉 30 min baad toothpick check
