Cabo San Lucas is located pivotally on the tip of the Baja Peninsular where the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez meet - it is this nutrient rich convergence that causes the food chain to literally explode!

Huge numbers of striped marlin frequent these waters all year around and can be seen in prolific feeding aggregations most days on the water which makes their capture visually impressive with short fight times allowing for healthy releases.

Along with striped marlin other predators like blue marlin, black marlin, sailfish, rooster fish and the mighty broadbill swordfish (watch the video for our close encounter) are all possibilities whilst fishing for striped marlin in Cabo!
