Using the chakra model as a metaphor, we re-route energy from action to understanding—through heart (openness), throat (truth), third eye (insight), and crown (integration). You’ll learn a practical, non-bypassing way to let surrender happen: contemplation of raw experience, curiosity toward suffering, and authority of direct experience over second-hand concepts.
