You’ll see a live demo of CiviBooking in action, including:
Managing room and resource availability with a calendar view
Creating bookings linked directly to contact records
Handling pricing, invoices, and payments through CiviCRM
Using SearchKit to customise booking dashboards.

We also discuss why open-source software like CiviBooking matters — including the ability for users to speak directly with maintainers, suggest improvements, and help shape future development in ways that simply aren’t possible with closed, proprietary booking platforms.
