Описание: Making borders for your pages is a fun way to have pages ready to go in advance of an event. Next week, our family is celebrating a couple of February Birthdays, so I wanted to have pages ready. Making birthday scrapbook layouts is a favorite of mine. For these page borders, I dipped into my paper scraps and created some balloons with a couple of fun templates.
