Shimmering Silver is the premiere Flute Quartet at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Representing some of the finest talents of the flute studio, these student-professionals are directed, managed, and instructed by professor of flute Alison Brown Sincoff. Shimmering Silver is a multi-faceted organization, engaging in active community service, serving as a hirable agency available to perform for special occasions, and as an educational and competitive ensemble committed to excellence in performance. This group is comprised of first year graduate student N. Kyle Symons, seniors Elizabeth Klein and Christina Wince, and junior Katelyn Kaiser, all of whom are studying flute performance.
