Bestune Pony also called as Bestune Xiaoma, is a battery electric city car manufactured by FAW Group under the Bestune brand since 2023 to compete with the popular Wuling Hongguang Mini EV-Which is manufactured by SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture under the Wuling brand. Its characteristic and boxy apperance were enhanced by two-tone exterior, large lights, oval-shaped strips on the bumpers and on both sides of the vehicle, as well as small 12” wheels. The vehicle is power with a 27 HP electric motor with RWD setup. This tiny EV comes with 3 LFP battery options: 9.4 kWh, 10 kWh and 14 kWh with CLTC range ranging from 122 to 170km per charge. The newly updated version for Chinese market will features a more powerful 42HP electric motor and a new 18.1 kWh LFP battery
