Latika is out looking for a dress that her daughter can wear to her school's Annual function, but is running late and may not make it in time.Her husband, who is at the Modi residence at the time agrees with Saakshi that Diya should wear the dress made by Sharda instead, so she can reach school in time for her rehearsals. Latika arrives in time to see Diya dressed in the what Sharda had made and is extremely overwhelmed by her failure in this task. She however, blames and taunts Saakshi for the same.
