Not all inverts are created equal! 🔄✨
From your first kick up to effortless deadlifts, inverts come in many forms, each requiring different levels of strength, control and technique. Some key types include:
➡ Basic Kick Invert – Using momentum to get upside down
➡ Straddle Invert – A more controlled entry with legs wide
➡ Tuck Invert – Engaging core and reducing the lever for a tighter shape
➡ Pike Invert – Keeping legs straight using compression strength anf hamstring flexibility
➡ Deadlift Invert – No jump, just pure strength and control
➡ Straight Arm Invert – Used on trapeze, hoop, etc, as it says with a straight arm requiring different strength anf technique
