When BioCity Nottingham was left unsecured, with bottles openly on display and easy public access, we took immediate action. As Auditors and Citizen Journalists, we filed formal complaints to Nottingham City Council and BioCity.

BioCity stayed silent, but the Council referred the matter to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
At first, the HSE refused to investigate… but we didn’t give up. After applying consistent pressure, they’ve now confirmed they WILL investigate.
