Ingredients
For 8 inch square pan
Purple potatoes layer
250 g of purple potatoes
80g rice flour
20 g cornflour
50 g sugar
1 tsp salt
300 ml coconut milk
200 ml water
Glutinous Rice
300g glutinous rice (soak at least 4 hours). If not soak just cook like rice.
Banana leaves (put bottom layer when cooking the rice)
Pandan leaves ( add in aroma)
200 ml of coconut
1 tsp salt
50 g of sugar
White Santan Layer
60 g Rice Flour
1/2 tsp salt
60 g corn flour
600 ml coconut milk
