Start the holidays right with Universal's Holiday Parade Featuring Macy's! The brand new parade made its debut at Universal Studios Florida on November 18, 2017. You can experience the parade for yourself through January 8, 2018! (0:11)
The parade features 13 new balloons and 15 new floats. The floats are self driving, and there are more than 100 performers in the parade! (4:47)
You'll see the Minions decorating a tree and making snow angels. (8:27) King Julian from Madagascar is singing “Santa Claus Is Coming to Madagascar.” (10:48) Shrek's float has “dronkees” (so cute!). (14:54) The parade ends with Santa; he stops in New York to light the Christmas tree. (25:10)
The best spot to watch the parade is across the street from the parade near the entrance to the Mummy. This way you can see all of the floats coming by and Santa’s face as he lights the tree. If you can’t get in place early enough, there are plenty of spots along the parade route to watch, including the "alleys and side streets" of New York.
