無影拳の棍 自然道太極家武間 Mueiken staff -A little clip from a (winter?) workshop I did introducing No Shadow Fist staff back in the old days (pre-pandemic). That dojo had almost no heat! I was sharing the form with my students after Kaneiki Sensei shared it with Yuma and I in the summer of 2018. So I am guessing this was early 2019.
