Three Port Entry Lights (mini lighthouses) at Mornington - which are known as Drogheda North Lights and the Drogheda East and West Lights. The North Lights were built in 1842 and the East and West Lights were built during 1880s. They were built to assist shipping approaching the mouth of the River Boyne and they were decommissioned more than a century later in 2000. The East and West Lights are in private ownership but the Drogheda Port Authority hope to restore the North Light.
The Maiden Tower and the Lady's Fingers monuments are also located in the sand dunes close to the Lights.
The ship leaving the Boyne is the ARGUS and 63 x 8m dredger which is registered in the UK but currently based in Drogheda.
Aerial views filmed with a DJI Mavic 3 drone.
