The new Tip Top drill from RECA is manufactured from the latest generation HSSX base material, offering maximum flexibility and heat strengthening for use on a wider range of materials. It offers precise centering, does not hook into the material and features multiple cutting edges, resulting in minimal energy expenditure by the user.
The multifunctional steam oxide coating (Fe2 O4) offers improved adhesion of cooling lubricant on the tool surface, preventing built up edges and reduced heat development.
Tip Top Drills over 4.0mm also feature a TRICON shaft which prevents spinning in the drill chuck, resulting in optimal power transmission to the tip, where all the poweris needed.
