Описание: A lost painting by Titian, which has recently been rediscovered, is the highlight of Dorotheum’s sale of Old Master Paintings on 11th May 2022. The Penitent Magdalen was once part of the celebrated collections of Queen Christina of Sweden (1629-1689), and Philippe II, Duke of Orléans (1674-1723). Important paintings by Artemisia Gentileschi and Onofrio Palumbo, Pietro Paolini, Abraham Mignon, Ambrosius Bosschaert II, Denis van Alsloot, Frans Pourbus II, Jan Brueghel II, and Jacob Jordaens will be offered at auction.
